David Begbie MRBS, BA Hons (HDFA) Slad

  David Begbie`s sculpture has been exhibited and bought in London, Zurich, Rome, Amsterdam, Madrid, Los Angeles, New York, Miami, Aspen, Sydney, Toronto, Hong Kong, Glasgow, Paris, Monaco, Hamburg, Melbourne, Singapore, Washington DC, Chicago, Las Vegas, and Vancouver. His ethereal and original works are in the collections of the National Galleries of Canberra, Canada and Rome, The Natural History Museum, Museum Beelden Am Zee Holland and numerous private, corporate and public collections. David Begbie discovered the particular properties of steel mesh as an art student in 1977. Since then his work has been exhibited globally and has been an enormous inspiration to many people, including architects, designers, photographers, world of theatre and dance as well as to other artists and his sculpture has been imitated and copied worldwide. He is the master of his medium and his sculpture speaks for itself.

Timothy Blackwood City & guilds

Gill Brown SWA

  Gill Brown, after 5 years studying sculpture at the Liverpool College of Art, worked in America, Kenya and the North of England. All of which have influenced her in her figurative and abstract art. Only working in bronze, using cire perdue, she has work in collections in most parts of the country and you can see why. She is one of the finest proponents in bronze abstract sculptures today in Britain.

Giorgie Cpajak MA

  Giorgie Cpajak is Italian-based, makes dynamic, floating forms in coloured marble which appear to defy gravity. He works in marble and granite, as well as in bronze and wood for indoor and outdoor display. His style is semi-abstract and symbolic; he believes an artistic environment should be not so much realistic as poetic.

Stephanie Davies-Arai BA (Hons), MA, MRBS, SSS

  Her interest is in the human form and its relation to the organic found in nature. She takes her inspiration from the landscape and the natural world, especially the South Downs where she lives. She has always tried to express something of the spirit within rather that an illustrative interpretation of the human form, and she was influenced greatly by the inner power expressed in the Buddha sculptures in Japan, where she lived and worked for 5 years.

Abbey Evans

  Abbey Evans is a truly remarkable self taught artist producing one off fine bird sculptures using his highly skilled metal craft techniques from a career of repairing aircraft. Tim Fortune BA (hons)

  Tim Fortune is an artist who`s work has been commissioned by prestigious individuals including Dame Elizabeth Frink and establishments such as Eton College and the National History Museum. He is also internationally in demand from architects and public authorities. His ideas are continually evolving and he is always finding a new creative direction. We are very lucky to have these pieces which exemplify his astonishing imagination and skill.

Christine Fox BA, PGCE, MEd

  Christine Fox created abstract sculpture in stainless steel and other materials. She trained at Winchester School of Art and got her first commission when she was in the first year of the degree course there. Since then, her work has been in great demand for commissions. She was also invited to exhibit widely and her sculptures have been bought for collections all over the UK. Her last work was exploring aspects of time, and change over time. The flowing forms of the steel reflect the ebb and flow of nature as well as life, and although there is much energy in the swirling forms, there is also a sense of peace and stillness. We shall miss her and her art. This is one of the last pieces she made.

Ginger Gilmour ASWA

  Ginger Gilmour is an artist with a particular vision. This vision has emerged from her life experience and the influence of many great teachers. The seed of this vision grew out of the integration of her eighteen years of marriage with Pink Floyd guitarist, David Gilmour ~ the raising of their four children and the inner longing to express her own creativity. Now what once was a seed flowers within her life, within her paintings and is allowed to be expressed in her exciting sculpture.

Badri Goguadze

  Badri Goguadze is a true master of one of the oldest and most important forms of art - sculpture. He began his career as a sculptor in the late 1981s after completing the Georgian Academy of Arts in Tbilisi.

Dr. Nicholas Gold MBBS

David Goode MRBS, SPS

  David Goode is a man of many parts, producing such serious and humorous work. Initially specializing in portrait and figurative work, moving via numerous commissions to his present mischievous approach, reminiscent of Hans Anderson or Mervin Peake, which are so sought after. He is the youngest person ever to have worked for Madame Tussauds in London.

Martin Hayward-Harris ARBS, AFC, dip AD, MSIAD

  Martin Hayward-Harris is a talented animalier who created the massive blue whale in the Natural History Museum where he trained and worked for twenty years before doing the same job in the National Museum in Copenhagen, where he worked with Europe`s greatest wild life artists. He supports the WWF with sculptures auctioned at Christies. He translates pure form into a realm beyond simplicity and sensitivity that is traditional and contemporary at the same time.

Silas Higgon

  Silas Higgon creates Some of the most accurate and carefully made sundials available in Europe. Michael Hipkins ARBS

  Michael Hipkins was born in 1942 and received his Art education at Blackpool College. He then went to Paris to study painting at the Academie de la Grande Chaumiere and Academie Julienne and etching and engraving at S.W. Hayter`s Atelier 17. Primarily absorbed by the human figure, he is not so concerned with naturalistic interpretation but rather with truth to materials used. In his stone carving he brings out the quality of the stone, showing different degrees of process from the raw stone to a highly polished finish. The figures emerge from the stone creating unity in form, spirit and movement.

Lynda Hukins

  Lynda Hukins has an insatiable love of animals and her skill is translating the wildlife in the country and the sea shore of Kent into sculpture. She somehow captures both the strength and repose of her subjects. As she is always working on commissions she has little time to indulge her inclinations and we are extraordinary lucky to have this piece.

Jerzy Kędziora

  Jerzy Kedziora is a member of World Movement of Sculpture Symposiums. Additionally, he is currently the Vice President of Polish Sculptors along with regularly the Polish Ministry of Culture and Art Grants. His art is complete, original and meaningful in sculpture as well as in the architectonic design of sculptural monuments. In his work, he focuses on the kinetic properties of sculpture. Michael Lyons FRBS, FRSA

  In 1998 Michael Lyons held a 20 year Survey Show at Yorkshire Sculpture Park, of which he was a Founding Member. Since then he has worked extensively in China, Mexico and Argentina extending his use of mild steel to encompass stainless steel and copper. In 2003 he won the Premio Fondo Nacional at the Guilin Yuzxi Paradise International Sculpture Awards. In 2006 he won the Premio Fondo Nacional de las Artes in the Chaco Biennale of Sculpture, Argentina. In 2007 he represented Britain in "Open" - an International Exhibition of Sculpture and Installations in Venice. In 2008 he exhibited in "Steel Sculpture" organized by the Fundacion Villacero at the Rami Koc Museum, Istanbul and the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) Monterrey, Mexico. In 2011/12 he is exhibiting in the London Bridge City Sculpture Exhibition, Hays Galleria, London. Three sculptures and ten drawings entitled "The Lady Zhen`s Well" have just been acquired by The Yale Centre for British Art, Yale University, USA.

Andrew MacCallum HND

Tom Maley

Robert Mileham AFAS

He must be one of the finest sculptors of girls around.

Timothy Shutter MA, ARBS

  Timothy Shutter is in such demand for commissions for public and private collections, he has very little time to work on his own inspirations and we are privileged to share some of his own examples of realism. His work is of such quality that it has nearly all been funded by rural development funds, the Lottery, Arts Councils and County Councils.

Elizabeth Studdert MRBS, SSS

  Elizabeth Studdert, Who has a Diploma Art and Design (Wales) and Post Graduate Year City and Guilds (London), has exhibited in London, Paris and Amsterdam: Her works aim for tension, balance and latent movement and are in collections in England, Germany and Holand. Of Anglo-Irish descent, she has lived in Ireland, Scotland and Wales. She was elected Associate Member of the Royal British Society of Sculptors in 1998 and shows with Surrey Sculptors, Surrey artists, Hampshire Sculpture Trust and Local Galleries. Her work was shown at the Hannah Peschar Sculpture in Landscape garden, Le Club des Arts, Paris, Gallery Lughien Amsterdam, and semi permanent at Beale Park, Reading. She has sculptures in private collections in England, Wales, Germany and Holland.

Jilly Sutton BA, MRBS

  Jilly Sutton trained at Exeter College of Art. She carves "in the round" large pieces of timber, the challenge being the plastic manipulation of the wood. Her mostly figurative work has a haunting beauty, with an over-riding feeling of peace. Her double sized head of the Poet Laureate is in the National Portrait Gallery collection. Much of her work is cast in bronze or sometimes Olive-stone from her original carvings.

Emma Walker

  Emma Walker is concerned with the inner life and vitality of natural form in the animal kingdom.

Working in the classical sculptor’s technique of bronze casting, as well as latterly in the techniques of willow and steel wire, her pieces are expressions of the inner grace and sincerity of the animal world. She has in particular been drawn to the equine form as an anchor for her inspiration.

She has trained in a number of bronze foundries (notably Butley Mills), forges and workshops, acquiring the skill to work intuitively with technical freedom towards her aesthetic purpose. Emma works in her studio to unique commission across a range of scales and media.
